Great British Menu finalist Amber, has worked in restaurants for 10 years and offers a wealth of knowledge in the casual and fine dining sector. She has run teams in tasting menu, a la carte, brunch and events spaces. Amber runs her teams with the same creativity, enthusiasm and passion that she has for cooking, creating dynamic and progressive work environments.

Amber’s food is inspired by British produce and the skilled producers we have right here in the UK. Dishes are guided by seasonality and sustainability, using locally foraged, grown, cured, fermented and produced ingredients where possible.

Utilising the experience she has gained across years of working as a chef ingredients are not fussed with, allowing their natural flavours to shine.

Her experience in competitions throughout her career has enabled Amber to build a profile as well as constantly developing her skills. This culminated in her first TV appearance on Great British Menu 2023 and subsequently in the 20th series in 2025.

Now offering her services to a variety of sectors Amber can support your event, business or project to thrive utilising her skillsets in recipe and menu development as well as acting as private chef, guest speaker and educator.
