
Beginning her career in the kitchen of the prestigious Ritz London, Amber has worked in some of London’s top restaurants across her career.
Amber trained with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts on the Specialised Chef Scholarship, but has never truly stopped learning.
Biography.
Amber has worked in restaurants such as The Dairy, Bermondsey Larder, Brawn, The Zebra Riding Club and Maene.
Alongside fulltime roles she has undertaken a plethora of stages across her career from the likes of The Hand and Flowers, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, The French Laundry, River Cottage and Benu.
Involved in competitions early on in her career, Amber represented England in the Hans Beuschkens Junior World Chef competition as well as being awarded Highest Achiever in the Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Awards and a becoming a finalist in the Young National Chef of The Year.
Amber has since moved on to being listed in the Square Meal’s Ones To Watch list, Code Hospitality’s 30 Under 30, British Restaurant Awards Best Young Chef of The Year 2022 and competed in the 2023 series of Great British Menu
Amber is now working with a State Education Secondary School in North London as Head Chef and Senior Food Educator.
She continues to pursue fine dining work in private events, live demonstrations, food consultancy guest chef dinners and pop up restaurants.
