About Amber
Amber is a chef with over ten years of experience operating in some of Londonβs top restaurants. She has extensive experience, becoming Head Chef at the age of 26.
Crowned Young Chef of The Year 2022, Amber has also appeared on The Great British Menu 2023 and Square Mealβs βOnes To Watchβ list.
Not limiting herself to the confines of fine dining kitchens, Amber is heavily involved with community projects. Having been a Young Chef Ambassador, Mental Health Ambassador and volunteering with food-based charities.
Amber now works as Head Chef and Senior Food Educator at a school in North London, building communities around food.

Amber specialises in offering bespoke services including chef-led dinners, guest-chef live demonstrations for events and festivals, menu and recipe development and bespoke catering.
